Very helpful and really helpful staff providing excellent services. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles.

The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of food. The staff were really helpful and made me feel comfortable. The location was perfect and excellent, 15 minutes' walk to the center. The subway station was 700 feet away.

Well priced, well-kept and new-fashioned room with laundry and the size bed and safe.

The staff were very friendly and top-class and the location was unbeatable by many good restaraunts. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including pancakes and eggs.

Favourable location in the very nice area and it was a bonus to be close to a metro station. There was a nice restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. The room was well-kept and large and also had a tub. Climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV were provided for a really lovely stay for more than one night.

The hotel had a very good and splendid breakfast with lots of items to choose from. Top-class staff, offered us wake up service and ironing.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, always willing to go out of their way to assist in any way possible. The housekeeping staff were efficient and attentive, and it was clear that they worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay. the bed was very comfortable and the decor throughout the hotel was cool and modern.

The lack of amenities. The rooms were a bit dated and lacking in certain features such as a mini fridge and toothpaste.

The hotel has new-fashioned and cool rooms with the size bed and safe, as example. It is in unbeatable location to Theater Circle, set just next door to the venue.

Had a real good stay for more than one night, glad I've chosen it. The room was a nice size and well-kept here with a bathroom. The location was nice - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. Had lunch/dinner at Beirut, which I found just a short walk away from the hotel.

We where moved to an executive king room with much better quality and large TV and laundry. The breakfast was splendid and lovely - a great selection of meals - pancakes and eggs.

We loved how quiet this place was. It’s in a safe area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room service was excellent.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Its location is very good, and the hotel is being remodelled, so it should be better next time around. The room was well appointed and the bed was excellent.

Even at the price I got fromm Booked.net, the hotel seems to be a bit pricey ; i.e. not very good value for the money. But this can be made extensive to most hotels in Panama : they constantly get more and more expensive, but value doesnt increase with price.

Pleasantly surprised with everything, from staff to location, amenities, and decor. Lobby and public areas have unique and interesting design. Good breakfast, well-decorated exterior, and friendly staff. Centrally located near main supermarket and stores. Comfortable bed and bedding, missed the complimentary breakfast.

It was a pretty good location with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The big supermarket about 2 blocks away had a good deli where you could buy cheap food. The bed was really really comfortable and most of the time, the channels on the T.V. worked. There were 3 computers for customers to use and I rarely had to wait for a spot. They put on a pretty good breakfast that was included in my room rate. There was usally plenty of hot water. The pool looked ok, but I never used it.

The staff at the reception was less than friendly. They seemed to turn their head when I had any kind of issue. I was promised a ride to the airport the night before I left and then in the morning, they shrugged their shoulders and said that the guy didnt show up. Why was that my problem. Most of the other staff was really nice, but they werent responsible for the impórtant things. It is under reconstruction now so hot water is inconsistent (as well as the cable). I didnt feel comfortable sleeping with the window open so I had to have the air on all night. Taxis to historical places are expensive!!!
